Ornamental Grasses
We offer a large selection of perennial ornamental grasses in #1 and #2 container sizes. Our typical inventory includes varieties of Blue Fescue, Bluestem, Fountain, Japanese Forest, Maiden, Reed, and Switch grasses. While our selection can change from year to year and even throughout the season, we try to carry a large variety through the entire Season. These versatile plants make excellent accents and can also serve as stunning focal points.
Looking for a fast-growing privacy screen? Ornamental grasses are an ideal choice, providing year-round interest. Whether you need a grass that grows just 1 foot tall or reaches up to 12 feet, we have the perfect selection to meet your needs.
Roses
We carry a unique selection of roses you won’t find at major retailers. From groundcover to climbing varieties, we’ve got you covered. Our collection includes popular brands like Knock Out, Easy Elegance, David Austin, Star, Proven Winners, First Editions, Drift, and more.
While our best selection is available around Mother’s Day, we carry roses throughout the growing season to meet your gardening needs.
Butterfly Bushes
We offer a variety of butterfly bushes, from dwarf to tall, that bloom non-stop all summer while attracting butterflies like magnets. Among our selection is our staff favorite, the Pugster Dwarf Butterfly Bush. This variety has become very popular for a great reason. It is low maintenance, small only 2’x2’, compact, mounding habit that looks great around the house or out in your perennial flower garden.
Most varieties of butterfly bushes are available in vibrant shades of purple, pink, and white. While deadheading isn’t necessary, doing so will encourage quicker reblooming for an even more stunning display.

Shrubs
We carry over 350 varieties of shrubs, offering endless choices for your landscaping needs. We understand the selection can be overwhelming, but we’re here to help! Bring in pictures, measurements, know your sun requirements and our knowledgeable staff will assist you in finding the perfect shrubs.
Love hydrangeas? We’re obsessed with these blooming beauties, and it shows—we stock more than 45 unique varieties! From panicle to oak leaf, sun-loving to shade-thriving, we’ve got the perfect hydrangea for every garden. Not sure which one to choose? No worries! Our plant-loving team is here to help you find the one.
From spring to late fall, we maintain a large inventory, including: Bloomers for each Season, shrubs with Winter interest (think Red Twig Dogwood), Full sun to shade, edible shrubs (Aronia & Serviceberry) and so much more!
Shade Trees
We offer around 150 varieties of shade trees, ensuring there’s something for every landscape. Our diverse selection includes (but isn’t limited to):
- Maples, Elm, Birch, Ginkgo, Bald Cypress, Aspen, Beech
- Honeylocust, Willow, Dawn Redwood, Poplar, Oak, Tuliptree
- Mountain Ash, Sweetgum, Linden, and Kentucky Coffeetree
We strive to meet everyone’s needs with a range of sizes and prices. Our shade trees start at 5 feet tall, go up to 15–20 feet tall (with a max trunk diameter of 2.5”) & everything in between!
If you’re unable to plant your new tree, don’t worry—we can deliver and plant it for you. Delivery and planting costs depend on the tree size, quantity, and location. One of our experienced staff members will be happy to provide a quote when you choose your plants.
Shade Tree Fact: Planting a shade tree on the west or southwest side of your home can help reduce cooling costs by up to 25% in the summer! 🌿☀️ Trees provide natural insulation, blocking the hot afternoon sun and keeping your home cooler. Plus, they add beauty and value to your landscape—win-win!
Edibles
We offer around 75 varieties of fruit trees, including apple, cherry, peach, plum, and pear. Our selection includes both semi-dwarf and standard options.
2025 Pricing:
- Almost all fruit trees are $79 each.
- Buy 3 or more for $74 each!
- Exceptions include specialty varieties like our Espalier Fruit Cocktail Tree.
Our fruit trees are more mature than those typically found at local growers, meaning you’ll enjoy more fruit, sooner! Most of our trees range from 6–10 feet tall.
While some varieties are self-pollinating (requiring only one tree to produce fruit), many are not. Our detailed signs and knowledgeable staff are here to help you select the right trees to ensure a productive harvest for years to come.
We also carry a wide variety of small fruits, including:
- Raspberry, Grape, Blackberry, Blueberry
- Gooseberry, Currant, Jostaberry, Strawberry, and Rhubarb
In the spring, we offer asparagus roots as well.
Even if you don’t have room for fruit trees, you likely have space for a fruit bush! Many of these options thrive both in the ground and in containers, making them a versatile choice for any garden or patio.

Vines
We carry 1–2 dozen varieties of climbing plants, with a selection that changes throughout the season. Our selection often includes:
- Clematis (around 35 stunning varieties!)
- Hydrangea Vine, Honeysuckle, Climbing Roses, Bittersweet
- Wisteria, Ivy, Porcelain Vine, and more
- Seasonally, we usually offer Mandevilla (annual)
We take special pride in our clematis selection, known for its beauty and variety. Honeysuckle is another favorite, as it’s easy to grow and attracts hummingbirds.
Got a semi-shady spot? Try a Porcelain Vine, with its unique pearlized berries in shades of blue, purple, and pink.

Annuals
We carry a beautiful selection of annuals, all locally grown by independent garden centers about an hour away. Depending on the weather, Summer annuals typically arrive in the first few weeks of May, and we continue to restock through June. We carry flowers, vegetables and sometimes herbs.
Our hanging baskets are a customer favorite—some of the biggest around for the price!
As the seasons change, so does our selection. Starting in August, we transition to:
- Mums (small, medium, and gigantic!)
- Fall grasses, pumpkins, dahlias, Rudbeckia, and more
We’re especially known for our large, beautiful mums, perfect for adding vibrant autumn color to your garden. Want to plant them? Just ask us how. But don’t wait, you’ll want to plant them in early Fall to ensure they winter over.

Evergreens
We offer a wide selection of evergreens, ranging from small shrubs perfect for landscaping around your home to large trees ideal for shade and privacy. Our most popular choice for privacy screens is the Emerald Green Arborvitae, known for its tall, slender shape. We try to keep 3’ & 5’ ones in stock throughout the season!
If you’re looking for something unique, we also carry a variety of columnar evergreens to create a distinctive privacy wall. For added visual interest, consider alternating evergreens with shrubs or ornamental grasses. Visit us to explore our full selection and find the perfect greenery for your space!
Speciman Evergreens
Special Form Evergreens are truly one of a kind! Some are carefully hand-trimmed into artistic shapes, while others develop their unique forms naturally. Our selection includes weeping, tall and slender, low and sprawling, pom-pom, topiary, spirals, poodle forms, and evergreens grafted on a standard trunk—and more!
This section changes more than any other throughout the season. Many of these varieties are available in limited quantities, and once they’re gone, they may not return until the following year. We also bring in new selections periodically, so there’s always something different to discover.
Because each special form evergreen is truly unique, we highly recommend visiting in person to find the perfect one for your landscape!
Flowering Trees
We might be a little biased, but we carry some absolutely gorgeous flowering trees! From the stunning double-petaled Kwanzan Cherry to the Autumnalis Cherry, which blooms in both spring and fall, we have a variety to suit every landscape.
Looking for early spring bloomers? We stock Redbuds, Magnolias, and Lilacs, including both small ornamental lilacs and Japanese Lilac trees. Our selection also includes flowering cherry, plum, and crabapple trees, offering shades of pink, dark pink, and white. Some even produce small fruit that birds love! Most of these trees stay small enough to fit in any yard while still providing a bit of shade.
Occasionally, we get in Dogwood trees but they sell quickly in the spring! Our selection of small ornamental trees (under 10′ tall) changes yearly and may include Weeping Pea Shrub, Patio Peach, Rose of Sharon, Hydrangea Tree, Redbud, and Viburnum Tree. We also carry a few varieties of Serviceberry, which birds adore—and their edible berries taste similar to blueberries!
